Your personal data obtained within the scope of your relationship with BatBank are processed for the following legal reasons and purposes:

Deactivating the user account if requested by our users;

Receiving your orders regarding BatBank transactions and fulfilling the orders you have given within this scope;
Carrying out transfer transactions to BatBank wallet;
Transferring assets to another wallet address outside the BatBank platform or to different BatBank users within BatBank, upon request from our users;
Providing support to you within the scope of your password creation, renewal or update request;
Following up the process regarding the necessary transactions in case you cannot access your account for any reason;
Contacting you regarding your user account, portfolio and other similar issues;
Closing the user account, upon request from our users.
